The Flow Meter attaches to the tube from your CamelBak hydration pack's bladder and its easy-to-read screen shows how much you need to drink per hour (based on your weight) or by distance.
It also displays how much you’ve drunk as a percentage of total water carried, how much you have left, estimated time to empty – based on current consumption – and lots more.
It's great for endurance riding, especially in the heat when it’s easy to lose track of your drinking and become dehydrated, but it might not be for everyone.
